We arrive at your venue, set up the cart with all the fairy floss-making equipment, and ensure everything is ready to go. Once the fun is over, we’ll clean up and pack down the cart.
Watch as we spin fresh, fluffy cotton candy right in front of your guests! The colourful floss is served in cones or bags, depending on your preference.
You can select your favourite flavour. We can also tailor the colours to fit your event’s theme!
Our cart will be beautifully branded with your choice of standard or personalised signage to complement your event’s theme.
For added fun, we offer optional garnishes like lollies, sprinkles, or edible glitter. The perfect finishing touch to your fairy floss!

Due to liquor licensing we don’t supply alcohol, but we will provide detailed instructions on what to buy, including the exact quantities of each type needed for your selected cocktails. You’ll need to supply the alcohol, and we’ll pour it into the machine for you. For half bowl you will be looking at around an additional $230 for alcohol and an additional $400 for full bowl, depending on cocktail selection.
Our 36L full package offers approximately 100–200 serves, and the 18L half package provides around 50–100 serves, depending on your glassware and serving size. The more substantial the glassware, the fewer serves per package, and vice versa.
We travel all over the South West region, up to 1.5 hours from Busselton, bringing our frozen cocktail cart to your event no matter where you’re located within that range! Delivery within the Busselton area is complimentary, with a delivery fee applied for further destinations.
The cart requires a space of approximately 1.5m long and 1m wide. The slushy machine must be kept out of direct sunlight and extreme heat. We’ll ensure everything fits before your event day.
Yes! The frozen cocktail cart can be set up indoors, as long as there’s sufficient space, a power source, and ventilation for the machine. It’s important to ensure that the room temperature is cool enough to help the slushie machine maintain its freezing temperature. We’ll provide you with the setup requirements, and if you have any concerns about the location, feel free to discuss them with us before your event.
The machine loves cool, shaded spots—so keep it out of the direct sun! If the temperature rises above 35°C, or it’s really humid or still, the machine may struggle to work its magic. For the best results, keep things chill and in the shade. If you’re worried about outdoor conditions, just give us a shout, and we can help figure out the perfect setup for you!
The hire includes the frozen cocktail cart, machine, 3 cocktail flavours, delivery, set up and collction. We’ll also provide glassware, straws, drink tags, and a menu for your event. Add-on options include decal sign on cart, balloon garlands, signage, backdrops, plinths and more! If you’d like to make your event extra special, reach out to us for more info and pricing.
Absolutely! We offer mocktail versions of our cocktails, so everyone can enjoy the fun. Just let us know your preferences when booking, and we’ll be happy to provide alcohol-free options for your event.
You have the option of adding a cart attendant for your event to help keep glassware clean and garnishes topped up.
Yes, we can certainly accommodate requests for personalised cocktails. If you want to adjust the flavours or create something completely unique for your event, feel free to reach out, and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
For our custom package, we recommend booking as much lead time as possible to allow us to create a custom look, including personalised decals, signage, and drink tags. For other packages, we ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice to ensure everything is ready for your event.

All of our latex balloons are biodegradable and made from natural rubber sourced from rubber trees, which are not harmed in the extraction process. To help protect the environment, we do not support balloon releases. We encourage our customers and community to join us in this effort by avoiding the release of balloons.
